Picnics are fun, but traditional cold picnic foods can sometimes be a bit “blah.” Summer is the time for get-togethers with friends and family, and what brings people closer together than a love for hot and fabulous grilled foods? Sure, you could have the whole clan over to your backyard for the afternoon and slave away over a conventional and cumbersome large grill, but where’s the fun in that?
