The posole, a superb pork and hominy stew, and the #1 combo which consists of a chile relleno, flauta, enchilada and red or green chile con carne are some of the favorites. The house specialty - Tacos Al Carbon, are tacos filled with lean cuts of beef, pork or chicken marinated overnight, then slow cooked on a vertical rotisserie by an open wood fire. Served with frijoles charros, wedges of lime, grilled onion, cilantro, flour or corn tortillas and your choice of Mexican coleslaw or lettuce and tomato.
